Chantel Powell has been working with children with unique needs since 2002, and has provided occupational therapy in the private practice setting since 2008. She has a passion for collaborating with growing families. Chantel uses a holistic approach when identifying the individual needs of the child and embraces the therapeutic use of play.

Kristen Bedard has worked in pediatric private practice in the San Diego area for the past 3 years. She is passionate about the work she does and feels blessed every day to have her "dream job." Kristin brings a calm, loving approach to her treatments, and she strives to ensure that each child she treats feels a "just-right" challenge while having fun.

Melissa Buckley works in both pediatric private practice and the local school district. She is dedicated to learning the latest research and affective treatment techniques when treating children with a wide range of sensory integration deficits. Melissa loves to laugh with her client's and their families while working as a team to maximize their true potential. She recently accomplished a lifelong dream of incorporating a facility dog, Mr. T, into her practice.

Michaelene Mooney-Ott joined Catalyst in 2008 as an Entrepreneur. She is the former owner of LiveWires Singing Telegrams, and Mission Hills Florist in San Diego. Michaelene's zest for life is evident each time our clients walk through our doors, as is her love of children! Among her other loves are cycling, baking and taking trips in her RV with the greatest love of her life; her husband, retired San Diego Fire Fighter, Fred Ott.

Gloria Miller owner. Over 40 years experience in business. "I have so enjoyed watching Catalyst Therapy grow since we opened the doors in 2007". When I am not busy with the clinic I love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I also enjoy working out and teaching Spinning classes at the "Y".
