This is Bobbi’s 15th year in the Montessori Field. Prior to working in the education field her background was in Business and Accounting. She has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics as well as her MBA. Bobbi became involved in the work of the International Network for Children and Families (INCAF), ten years ago while pregnant with her third child. Soon after learning of RCB (Redirecting Children’s Behavior) from another Montessori School, she became a certified RCB Instructor and then a RCC (Redirecting for a Cooperative Classroom) Instructor. Bobbi is also certified as a program director for INCAF.
In addition to the work that Bobbi has done with children, she has also done an extensive amount of work & training and has several certifications in the area of personal growth & development and Business coaching. Bobbi is currently part of the Leadership Team for Indigo Village and has been an instructor and instructor trainer for the past six years. Bobbi and her husband moved to Southern California last year to open the Village Gate Children’s Academy. They reside in Encinitas, CA with their three children.
